One of the four main roads of Arindell is called the Tribute Road. It is a perfectly straight path that leads from Valley Gale Keep up the side of High Mountain. According to tradition, this is the road by which the Slayer Dragons must deliver their tribute to the High Mountain Flight according to the agreement made with Eieber.
By the end of the Golden Age, the Slayer Dragons would no longer carry the tribute personally; but the road was used and maintained until the fall of the Alliance. Though closed to civilian traffic, a later agreement allowed Arindell's transit authority to perform road maintenance. This is the closest humans can get to High Mountain without being eaten.
