The ruins of High Tower will exist as a visitable location within the realms of Mage Wars RPG, though whether or not it is the actual location will remain somewhat ambiguous.
Game Within a Game
High Tower will include a series of linked, leveled dungeon instances that will be quite extensive, making it almost a game-within-a-game. Beating each dungeon will unlock a shortcut to the next, which will also be significantly higher-level, thus forcing the player to keep returning to the ruins of High Tower in order to unlock its secrets.
The end of the quest-chain will be somewhat disappointing, however, as it will never be explicitly confirmed whether or not you have found the true location of High Tower.
