Called the Goreskin Empire, they were perhaps the last remnant of the Marcon Alliance.
History
Goreska began as a small, relatively unimportant province in a distant part of the Marcon Alliance. Many Marconians had settled there, as it was one of the last frontiers conquered by the empire. When the Marcon Alliance was destroyed at the begining of the Second Chaotic Period, Goreska was remote enough to be spared.
However, Goreska was a dry, arid region, with few natural resources of their own and previously had relied on the greater Marcon Alliance to maintain their army. The Goreskins continued the Marconian customs of slavery, oppression of women, and conquest, though they had little success with the last.
