The Lowland Plains is a region north of [[Stormreaver Range|High Mountain]], with the kingdom of [[Rowen]] marking the upper-end. The region is named for the [[Lowland Hills Flight]], one of the old nomadic [[dragon]]-flights who ruled the region before the [[Mage Wars]]. At the north-east corner where the Rowen Mountains meet the [[Barrier Range]] lies a particularly hilly region; not quite mountainous, but not the sort of lowlands the region is named for. The Lowland Plains is a region north of High Mountain, with the kingdom of Rowen marking the upper-end. The region is named for the Lowland Hills Flight, one of the old nomadic dragon-flights who ruled the region before the Mage Wars. At the north-east corner where the Rowen Mountains meet the Barrier Range lies a particularly hilly region; not quite mountainous, but not the sort of lowlands the region is named for. This is the region of the Lowland Hills. Part of the Plains became known as the Plains of Blood and Salt during the Long Night.
